I had such a great experience. I was a bit skeptical doing my brows for the first time but Francine made me feel so comfortable; she took time to explain the entire process and prepare me on what to expect. I was also very impressed with how hygienic/clean the environment and tools were. I totally enjoyed the experience and am loving my brows.
